Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with users reporting issues related to ServiceNow.
- Provide Resolution and RCA for the incident.
- Process requests related to ServiceNow.
- Work on ServiceNow release management activities.
- Monitor ServiceNow integration jobs and troubleshoot and fix if any issues are reported.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and work experience in:
- Javascript, client and server side scripting - business rules, script inclusion, UI actions, UI policies, data policies - all scripting aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- UI interfaces within ServiceNow – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
We are looking for a certified System Administrator with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, presentation, listening and negotiation skills, and good problem solving skills with the ability to assist in determining the root cause of problems, offer recommendations or suggestions for a quick but effective resolution.
Desirable Skills:- Knowledge and work experience in Javascript, client and server side scripting - business rules.
- Inclusion of scripts, UI actions, UI policies, data policies - all scripting aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Knowledge and experience working in UI interfaces within ServiceNow – Service Portal, CMS, Native – UI pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
