Senior Android Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff-Level Android Engineer to lead our dynamic team and drive the design of applications, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic direction for application development, tooling, and process optimization.
  • Lead complex refactoring initiatives across our software ecosystem, managing dependencies and minimizing risk.
  • Elevate engineering practices and champion the adoption of new methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as an Android Engineer with a strong track record of leading large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in Jetpack Compose and proficiency in implementing best-in-class engineering practices.
  • Deep understanding of client tech stacks and ability to integrate and improve them over multiple projects.
