Innovative Copywriter Leader

Pure is seeking a creative leader to spearhead our direct response copywriting efforts.
This role will focus on developing innovative ideas, crafting compelling scripts, and overseeing the entire creative process with an emphasis on user-generated content (UGC) ads and psychology-based creatives for use across paid marketing channels.

Creative Requirements- Fluent in English
- Direct Response Expertise: 3+ Years Experience with performance creative for DTC brands or working at a creative agency is a must.
- Tools & Metrics: Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, pitch decks, and spreadsheets to present ideas and campaign outcomes effectively.
- UGC Experience: Lots of experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high converting content across paid channels.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, shot listing, and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance.
- Manage the full creative process (from scripting all the way to final creative) in order to produce high converting creatives on an ongoing basis.
- Work with our content manager to find, manage and source new content to be used across all marketing channels.
- Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives.
