As a Senior Manager/Director of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive corporate communications strategy. This role requires extensive external communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology segment.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategic communications initiatives and campaigns that effectively engage with media, journalists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Brazil.
- Manage relationships with external PR agencies to support corporate communications efforts, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive brand awareness in Brazil through targeted marketing strategies, enhancing favorability and maintaining or improving tonality of earned media stories.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs, and Internal Communications teams to develop integrated brand campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement crisis management protocols to mitigate negative PR impact, ensuring prompt and effective response to critical situations.
