We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to spearhead Consumer Communications in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the full Consumer Comms strategy, driving brand awareness and favorability across traditional and social media channels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in external communications, preferably in the technology sector, with knowledge and expertise in food delivery and beverages. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential for this role.
About the RoleAs a Senior Manager of Consumer Communications, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive Comms strategies and campaigns in Brazil. This includes interacting directly with media, journalists, and influencers, as well as managing an external PR agency.
- Drive impact on brand awareness in Brazil
- Improve brand favorability
- Maintain or improve tonality of earned media stories
- Manage integrated brand campaigns
- Manage crisis and mitigate negative PR impact
- Develop and execute consumer comms strategies and campaigns in Brazil
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers
- Manage an external PR agency to achieve business objectives
- Proven experience in external communications
- Experience working with traditional media and KOLs/social media
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
