Job Title: Brazil Regional Operations Leader
">"Our organization seeks an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end quality of HR lifecycle and workforce administration process delivery in the region. As a Regional Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of onboarding and workforce administration specialists and providing compliant wing-to-wing process delivery.
">The ideal candidate will have significant prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in benefit plans and/or operations/service-oriented environments. They will also possess excellent operational experience in payroll, benefits, or workforce admin/lifecycle delivery, as well as experience working with outsourced providers and Lean management principles.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Partner across the People Ops team to design a future state organization positioned to deliver a seamless service experience.">
- Lead a team that designs onboarding, offboarding, and life cycle programs and policies, ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements.">
- Produce and deliver required employee communications, champion employee experience, and manage seamless service experience for tier 2 escalations.">
- Develop and monitor Transaction Risk Controls, KPIs, SOPs, and vendor operational metrics monitoring through Daily Management and MOR routines.">
- Operations team management, coaching, performance review, resource management, priority setting.">
- Foster a 'one team' environment with your team members, mentoring and coaching them to grow their impact and collaboration within the business.">
- Create a strategic partnership with key outsourced suppliers to drive strong performance and collaboration.">
- Manage and hold vendors accountable to contractual and operational targets in the workforce admin/lifecycle space.">
- Sustain the LEAN Mindset, essentially coaching our People Ops Team in problem-solving, keeping them trained and updated in LEAN methodology.">
Qualifications/Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related Business degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience/knowledge.">
- Significant prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in Benefit plans, and/or Operations/Service-oriented environment.">
- Significant experience in direct people leadership.">
- Travel may be required, as needed, to support the team and customers within the region.">
- Ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries, with comfort and efficiency.">

">- Operational experience in payroll, benefits, or workforce admin/lifecycle delivery.">
- Experience working with outsourced providers.">
- Experience in Lean management.">
- Sound project management skills, strategic thinking ability, process capability, and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver results by supporting activities from concept to implementation.">
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and present the creative/collaborative solutions in partnership with plan owners.">
- Strong communication skills: ability to influence with immediate team and across organization.">
- Ability to make independent decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and highly matrixed environment, and connect effectively with business leaders.">
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and technologies.">
