Senior Accountant for Regional Operations

The position of Regional Accounting Manager is a critical role within the organization, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the accounting operations of six sub-regional offices in the Inter-America region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Control: Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, prepare and validate financial statements, and manage cash and financial flows.
- Tax Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Prepare and review tax returns, ensure accuracy and timely submission, and guarantee compliance with local tax obligations.
- Accounting Expertise & Internal Controls: Provide technical guidance to regional teams and ensure adherence to the group's reporting guidelines.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Provide financial analyses to support regional decision-making and collaborate with the global office on financial reporting and regional alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting management, ideally in a regional or multi-entity environment.
- Excellent command of Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
