Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analysis Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for data monitoring, analysis, and visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining datasource, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
  • Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning and so on.
  • Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations.
  • Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL, data tools (such as Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills, with a solid understanding of analytical methodologies. Responsible for business-related data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies.
  • English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to various data analysis requirements and scenarios.
