Senior Data Analysis Specialist

An experienced professional is required to spearhead the development of data products and enhance operational efficiency across various business units. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analysis, strong logical thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
This role involves designing and refining data metrics frameworks, conducting daily performance calculations, and providing strategic direction to drive business growth.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining data sources, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
- Monitor the operational health of warehousing, develop frameworks and processes to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for business processes, labor performance, capacity planning, and more.
- Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments in smooth business operations.
- Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL, data tools (Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis skills, with a solid understanding of analytical methodologies. Responsible for data extraction, analysis, and optimization strategies.
- English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to various data analysis requirements and scenarios.
