Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement scalable backend systems using Node.js in cloud-native environments.
  2. Develop secure system architecture, including microservices-based solutions, to ensure optimal performance and stability.
  3. Write clean, well-documented code and apply rigorous quality assurance practices, including testing and continuous integration/deployment.
  4. Manage data operations using MongoDB to optimize performance and reliability.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to drive innovative development projects.
  6. Optimize performance and reliability of backend services for real-time applications.
  7. Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  1. At least 7 years of experience in backend engineering, with strong expertise in Node.js.
  2. Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning.
  3. Experience designing scalable systems using microservices architecture.
  4. Familiarity with QA practices, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Excellent communication skills and proven experience working in collaborative team environments.
  6. Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
