Job Title: Global Mobility Manager

As an Employment Tax Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that guides clients through complex tax matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and identifying opportunities for tax savings and operational improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align employment tax practices with broader business strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on tax and social security implications of employment to external teams.
  • Guide clients on employer reporting and withholding obligations.
  • Advise on the tax and social security treatment of employer-provided compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct health checks or pre-audit reviews and assist with post-audit remediation projects.
  • Prepare fringe benefit tax returns or equivalent agreements.
  • Stay updated on evolving tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage client accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and maintain regular communication.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employment tax strategies at senior levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employment tax, payroll tax, or related advisory services.
  • Preferred experience working with multinational clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional tax qualifications (e.g., CPA, CTA) preferred but not mandatory.
