Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Information Security Lead to play a crucial role in enabling and securing our HR systems and tools. This is an exciting opportunity for a security specialist passionate about Human Resources security and looking to make a difference in a dynamic team.

This position will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive security strategy for HR data usage across all systems. The successful candidate will conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies accordingly, enforcing data protection measures such as encryption and access controls.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent understanding of security standards and best practices, and experience working collaboratively with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure integrated security measures. Proficiency in security technologies, strategy & policies, and automated security access tools is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive security strategy for HR data usage across all systems
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies accordingly
  • Enforce data protection measures such as encryption and access controls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience in data security and privacy management, preferably in HR systems
  • Excellent understanding of security standards and best practices
  • Proficiency in security technologies, strategy & policies, and automated security access tools
