BlockDance is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Legal Counsel. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and driving transformative change.

This position involves working closely with senior management to provide strategic guidance on legal matters, including licensing, anti-money laundering (AML), and responsible business practices. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance policies, risk assessment frameworks, and internal controls.

  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company.
  • Review and draft legal contracts, policies, and terms of service to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and auditors on compliance matters.
  • Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the company complies with local, international, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the company.
  • Review and draft legal contracts, policies, and terms of service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Compliance, Business, or a related field.
  • Licensed lawyer or certified compliance professional preferred.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, corporate law, or risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
