Job Description
  • Manage work priorities through a ticketing system and workflows
  • Adhere to security and safety best practices
  • Participate in team meetings for metric analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years triaging and repairing data center fiber optic cabling/systems and network hardware
  • Proven knowledge on TCP/IP networking, cabling, optic types, test equipment
  • Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies
