  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive implementation across the value chain.
  • Effective customer service operations expertise.

  • Skilled at multitasking and working in an interrupt-driven environment.
  • Organizational and attention-to-detail skills are essential.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and build meaningful relationships is crucial.
  • Curiosity to learn product configurations across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; customer relationship software experience desired.
  • BS/BA or equivalent; science background preferred.
  • Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and ability to work independently.
