Job Opportunity

The Electronics Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing technical analysis and maintenance of electronic products, focusing on security devices (cameras, DVRs, NVRs), smartwatches, and network equipment. This includes testing, configuring, and repairing devices to ensure proper functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting technical analysis and maintenance of electronic products;
  2. Testing and configuring security equipment (installation, IP setup, remote access, reset);
  3. Identifying faults, performing repairs, and issuing technical reports;
  4. Providing internal technical support to customer service, logistics, and sales teams;
  5. Assisting after-sales teams with technical guidance and validations;
  6. Testing new product models sent by suppliers;
  7. Developing technical documentation and recurrent fault reports;
  8. Contributing to process improvements in product analysis and maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, IP cameras, and DVR/NVR, is essential. Additionally, you should have basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, router configuration, static/dynamic IP, and DDNS. Soldering skills and electronic board repairs are also desirable.
