About the Role:- Conduct thorough technical analysis and maintenance of electronic products (smartwatches, cameras, DVRs/NVRs, network equipment).
- Test and configure security equipment (installation, IP setup, remote access, reset).
- Identify faults, perform repairs, and issue comprehensive technical reports.
- Provide internal technical support to customer service, logistics, and sales teams.
- Assist after-sales team with technical guidance and validations.
- Test new product models sent by suppliers.
- Develop detailed technical documentation and recurrent fault reports.
- Contribute to process improvements in product analysis and maintenance.
- Complete Technical Education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Networks, or related fields.
- Knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, IP cameras, DVR/NVR).
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, router configuration, static/dynamic IP, DDNS.
- Soldering skills and electronic board repairs (preferred).
- Experience with multimeter, power supplies, and technical tools.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and electronic diagrams (preferably in English).
- Basic computer skills for software and firmware configuration.
