Job Opportunity


- We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team in a specific technology domain or customer group with limited risk and complexity. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and business understanding, enabling them to develop innovative customer solutions, resolve routine technical incidents independently, and collaborate on complex ones.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Apply technical process and business acumen to devise customer-centric solutions.
• Resolve routine technical issues, within designated scope, independently and work collaboratively with team members for resolution of more complex incidents.
• Implement organization's solutions to fulfill moderately complex customer requirements within the designated technical area.
• Address problems promptly and appropriately, escalating issues according to established procedures, also contributing to customer expectation management as part of the escalation process.
• Collaborate extensively with internal groups to resolve client issues, actively contributing to the team's effectiveness.
• Participate in products, solutions, or services training to maintain technical knowledge, active certification, and competence.
• Keep stakeholders informed of actions and progress on technical product issues.
• Apply foundational principles and contribute proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
• Support priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Four-year Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanics, Mechatronics or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in related field with systems experience or a similar background.
- Familiarity with automation tools and customer relationship management software is desirable.
