Electronics Technician

The Electronics Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing comprehensive tests, advanced diagnostics, repairs, and configurations on electronic products. The role requires a focus on security devices (cameras, DVRs, NVRs), smartwatches, and network equipment to ensure proper functionality and provide technical support to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth analysis and maintenance of electronic products (smartwatches, cameras, DVRs/NVRs, network equipment).
  2. Test and configure security equipment (installation, IP setup, remote access, reset) with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Identify complex faults, perform expert repairs, and issue comprehensive technical reports.
  4. Provide expert technical support to customer service, logistics, and sales teams.
  5. Collaborate with the after-sales team for technical guidance and validations.
  6. Conduct thorough testing of new product models sent by suppliers.
  7. Develop comprehensive technical documentation and recurrent fault reports.
  8. Contribute to process improvements in product analysis and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Complete Technical Education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Networks, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, IP cameras, DVR/NVR).
  • Proficient understanding of TCP/IP networks, router configuration, static/dynamic IP, DDNS.
  • Soldering skills and electronic board repairs.
  • Experience with multimeter, power supplies, and technical tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electronic diagrams.
  • Proficient computer skills for software and firmware configuration.
