Job Summary:

This role involves performing technical analysis and maintenance of electronic products, focusing on security devices (cameras, DVRs, NVRs), smartwatches, and network equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting, testing, and configuring security equipment, as well as providing technical support to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting technical analysis and maintenance of electronic products
  2. Testing and configuring security equipment
  3. Identifying faults and performing repairs
  4. Providing technical support to internal and external clients
Requirements:
  • Complete Technical Education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Networks, or related fields
  • Knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, IP cameras, and DVR/NVR
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, router configuration, static/dynamic IP, DDNS
  • Soldering skills and electronic board repairs (preferred)
  • Experience with multimeter, power supplies, and technical tools
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals and electronic diagrams
  • Basic computer skills for software and firmware configuration
