Electronics Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
As an electronic maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing technical issues, prioritizing actions to achieve expected results, and participating in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis of technical issues and develop corrective action plans to ensure efficient operation.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to identify possible causes of chronic problems.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance area.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, policies, and procedures, including GMP, EHS, TPM, Lean manufacturing, and other relevant guidelines.
- Manage documents and contracts for the warehouse, controlling and updating area-specific documents, financial control, KPIs, spare parts inventory, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Distribute scheduled activities and monitor the entire maintenance process to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Proficient in document management and contract administration.
