We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role.
- Identify and analyze technical issues, prioritizing actions to achieve expected results and participating in decision-making and corrective action planning.
- Perform thorough tests on repaired machinery and equipment to ensure they are fully operational.
- Interpret complex technical drawings and specifications to diagnose chronic problems, leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain adherence to GMP procedures, EHS, TPM, Lean manufacturing, and company policies to guarantee compliance.
- Manage essential documents and contracts for the warehouse, controlling area-specific documents, financial control, KPIs, spare parts inventory, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate scheduled activities and monitor the maintenance process to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Lead technical issue analysis and decision-making processes.
- Design and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
