Maintenance and Events Manager

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Events Manager to lead the maintenance and event planning efforts at our facilities. This individual will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, planning and executing events, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our spaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site events, including logistics and vendor coordination
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and event planning activities
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize maintenance and event planning efforts
Requirements:
  • Technical knowledge of building management systems
  • Experience in maintenance and event planning
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Budgeting and cost control
  • Process optimization and efficiency enhancement
  • Waste management and space optimization
