Project Management Role

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to support the planning and execution of assigned projects. This individual will be responsible for interfacing with senior management, cross-functional team members, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing project scope, including setting effective expectations, communication, change management control, budget control, and issue escalation.
  • Providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of the project.
  • Effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously and proactively resolving issues and escalating risks as needed.
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning development schedules and processes to approved project plans, and collaborating with cross-functional team members.
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with primary client contacts and stakeholders, working in partnership with third-party vendors as needed, and collecting feedback and data to continuously improve products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience managing projects, including monitoring project scope and budget, creating project schedules, managing project resources, resolving issues, and reporting status.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, laser-sharp attention to detail, and demonstrated experience in problem-solving.
  • A collaborative approach to issue resolution, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under aggressive deadlines.
