As a Senior QA Automation expert, you will lead the strategy and execution of quality assurance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for diverse applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly to relevant teams.
  • Drive best practices in testing methodologies and tools across projects.
  • Perform risk analysis and provide insights to enhance product quality and performance.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and foster professional development.
  • Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve automation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • In-depth understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
  • Fluent English language skills.
