Job Title: Database Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database management, performance tuning, and security.

About the Role

The Database Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and performance of databases within the organization.

The Database Administrator will collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to uphold current standards, implement robust backup and recovery policies, and carry out database tuning and performance monitoring to support business continuity and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Install and maintain database servers, configure database security, and ensure data integrity.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve database efficiency.
  • Backup and Recovery: Design and implement robust backup and recovery policies to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Security: Implement database security measures to protect against data loss or unauthorized access.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.
