About This Role

You will lead the way by translating system requirements into tailored solutions, leveraging an agile environment to drive innovation and transformation. Your work will have a profound impact on global businesses, powering progress and growth through cutting-edge technology.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across multiple facets of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and support.
  • Create custom cloud hybrid and AI journeys for clients, pushing the boundaries of technological excellence.
  • Main responsibilities include:
  • Developing backend systems in Apex and frontend applications in Aura, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Designing and implementing Triggers, Classes Apex, test classes, Lightning Components, scheduled jobs, and batch jobs.
  • Building and deploying solutions, creating technical documentation, and reviewing code.
  • Engaging with the team to elicit technical requirements and developing customized solutions aligned with best practices in development.
  • Providing timely updates and estimates to project managers, as well as being responsible for delivering technical solutions from the IBM side.
  • Managing metadata and deployment processes.
  • Identifying potential problems and their impacts (adaptability) on proposed solutions.
  • Working within structured environments in development, QA, and UAT, focused on successful implementation.
  • Offering technical support to functional teams.
  • Participating in agile projects (Kanban, Scrum).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ambitiously pursue specialized skills, whether in technologies (e.g., CPQ, Vlocity) or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking);
  • Experience presenting technical solutions and demonstrating work results in meetings with clients;
  • Able to discuss the benefits of a Software as a Service model;
  • Experience with Agile methodology;
  • Mastery of objects: fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Lightning Experience, standard applications, buttons, actions, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, reports, dashboards;
  • Mastery of:
  • Classes Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), Integration Apps/Webservices;
  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud front-end navigation), Sightline (User Story Creation/Upload, User Story Management, Release Preparation/Component Tracking, Test Script Creation, Reporting);
  • Dataloader, Workbench, Developer Console, VisualCode, Change Sets, and Salesforce DX Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Administrator;

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
