Pessoa Especialista de Strategic Finance is a key role in our organization, responsible for driving strategic finance initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.

As a Pessoa Especialista de Strategic Finance, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • Serve as PMO in budgeting and short-term planning processes, ensuring deadlines and quality of deliverables
  • Consolidate budget analyses from different areas
  • Prepare executive materials and presentations for directors
  • Build and maintain templates used in the budgeting cycle, ensuring consistency and standardization
  • Act as a strategic partner to corporate areas, supporting bottom-up budgeting structuring
  • Promote alignment with company goals and contribute to informed decision-making
Key Responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Financial Analysis: You will be expected to analyze financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Communication: You will need to communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Candidate must have solid knowledge of corporate finance, including budgeting, variance analysis, and performance indicators
  • Ability to manage projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate with different organizational levels
  • Stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and smooth interactions
  • Analytical profile with skills to structure information, identify deviations, and propose solutions
  • Ability to create executive presentations and synthesize complex information clearly and objectively
  • Commitment to quality and deadline adherence
  • Proactivity, organization, and autonomy in activities
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
