Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis processes to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing team of finance professionals to achieve established goals and conduct personnel duties.
  • Develop and drive strategic plans, forecasts, and monthly outlooks to ensure the financial performance of the organization and its competitors.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and analytics on financial performance, risk capital estimation, and competitor reviews.
  • Lead the estimation of risk capital and embed metrics into management reports and decision processes.
  • Advise internal clients on business trends, issues, and strategy implications.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, Essbase, and SAP.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
