Position Summary
The Content Engineering team is on the lookout for a passionate and insightful team player with a strong technical and functional background. As a Senior SAP MM Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our SAP S/4HANA Cloud localization efforts. Your responsibilities will include developing pre-configured business settings tailored for specific local markets, often referred to as Best Practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the configuration settings provided for the Germany S/4HANA solution and implement necessary localization adjustments for various country solutions.
- Develop and maintain content for SAP S/4HANA country solutions, specifically for Latin American markets.
- Conduct testing of various business processes and make adjustments to configurations or documentation as required.
- Assist in resolving customer incidents utilizing SAP's incident management tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with flexibility and self-confidence.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience as a management assistant is advantageous.
- Experience in a cross-cultural or multi-location organization is preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of legal requirements in one or more of the following countries is beneficial: Colombia, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Argentina.
