Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our industrial clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT technology, data networks, electronics, and electrical properties. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing implementation schedules and technical requirements for projects
  • Supporting technical inquiries related to products on the pre-sales stage and performing clear project handovers to the Implementations Team
  • Following leads, opportunities, and projects to develop strategies with Account Managers
  • Promoting product visions and working closely with customer engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Designing IoT technology and network solutions for industrial clients
  • Understanding customer networks and identifying pain points to generate business leads for Account Managers
Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience, preferably with safety or security technologies
  • Ability to work well with different projects
  • Understanding of IoT, data networks, electronics, and electrical properties
  • Knowledge of wireless connectivity, interpretation of plans/layout, and API management
  • Reside in São José dos Campos SP or nearby areas
