Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for leading the full sales cycle while guiding clients through our educational and travel programs, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management: Lead the complete sales process using company-provided tools and software.
  • Product Advisory: Advise clients on educational and travel plans, including cross-selling, while meeting targets set by the management team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure sales meet quality standards (customer retention, minimal returns, accurate reporting of sales visits).
  • Prospecting: Continuously seek and develop new business prospects in line with company policies.
  • Customer Support: Direct client questions or concerns to the appropriate departments, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Tool Management: Properly use company technology and documentation systems.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or required by the role.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles, with knowledge of selling both services (intangibles) and products (tangibles).
  • Experience managing both in-person and remote sales channels.
  • Proficiency in office tools and CRM software for sales.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and effectively manage sales pipelines.
