We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our Early Talent program, designed to catapult a successful career in leading digital transformation.

This is a permanent position that starts with a six-month training program, providing you with the opportunity to learn and grow as a professional.

Program Overview

The Early Talent program is structured into two phases:

  • Phase 1: Comprehensive Training - Develop skills in ABAP, JAVA, HTML5 programming through hands-on experience at your local SAP office (4 months).
  • Phase 2: Real-World Experience - Shadow experienced consultants in real customer projects, mentored by a Senior consultant (2 months).
Key Responsibilities

As a participant, your main tasks will be:

  • Develop yourself in development and integration topics such as:
    • ABAP development
    • BTP Extensions development
    • Integration development
    • User Experience (UX) developments
  • Deliver high-quality customer projects once trained.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree from a reputable university or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in software development & programming - Any programming language.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English - Conversational and written.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and self-motivating working style.
  • Ability to quickly acquire thorough understanding in new areas, especially in new technologies.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
