About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Supply Planning Senior Analyst to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze demand and supply data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and commercial teams, to develop and implement demand planning strategies.
  • Develop and maintain statistical models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, driving process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Advanced fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
