The Procurement Specialist will take charge of the strategic sourcing of packaging categories in Brazil, aligning with business objectives to drive cost efficiency, optimize working capital, and achieve financial targets. Reporting to the Procurement Regional Category Manager, you will oversee various commodities, suppliers, and procurement activities to fulfill stakeholder requirements.
By employing a structured strategic sourcing methodology, your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to formulate sourcing strategies that effectively meet business demands while minimizing costs.
• Identifying, assessing, and selecting suppliers that align with our business needs.
• Soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for specific purchases, addressing complex technical, commercial, and financial elements, as well as managing contracts as necessary.
• Analyzing the supply base to mitigate risks and optimize total costs.
• Enhancing the Kimberly-Clark supply chain, managing procurement processes and projects, and fostering strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
