We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team and provide strategic support to the Regional Franchise model, which includes Depuy Synthes, Ethicon, and Cardio Specialty Surgery businesses.
This dynamic role involves managing a team of Finance Leads supporting three key businesses in the Region, including financial planning and analysis, innovation agenda, and acquisition integration.
Key Responsibilities- Regional Franchise Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the Franchise Finance Leads supporting three key businesses of the Region.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Establish a framework for evaluating New Product Launches while ensuring profitability and return on investment.
- Innovation Agenda: Partner with leaders to pursue opportunities to improve profitability through customer segmentation, portfolio optimization, and mix.
- Acquisition Integration: Partner with Franchise Leadership and Cluster Leadership to integrate acquisitions, accelerate innovation, and expand patient access.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in Manager role with supervisory experience.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Critical experiences within Finance areas in Business Units strategic support and financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint).
