Job Title: Solutions Architect

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Solutions Architect, designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, architects, and engineers to develop and maintain technical architectures, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to address technical debt, improving system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for innovation, and develop strategic solutions that meet their needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive growth and development within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture, development, or engineering, with a strong background in design patterns, principles, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, including automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
