As a Talent Acquisition Assessment Specialist, you will be integral to our company's talent acquisition process. Your role will involve developing a core competence model to guide our assessment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement assessment strategies to evaluate candidate diagnostics
  • Collaborate with management to make informed assessment decisions based on relevant evidence
  • Design and deliver staff training programs to equip employees with knowledge and confidence in specialized fields
  • Develop a strong understanding of employee assessment principles and practices
  • Maintain our Assessment Platform system as an administrator

You will work closely with the management team to develop a comprehensive approach to candidate assessment. This will involve monitoring and overseeing the collection of assessment evidence from candidates, ensuring that all assessments are fair, consistent, and accurate.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in employee assessment, preferably with a degree in sociology, psychology, marketing, or a related field
  • Certification in personnel assessment is highly desirable
