IT Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Professional to provide exceptional technical assistance to our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer first- and second-line support for software, hardware, and printer issues.
  • Track user problems, providing timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high service standards while adhering to established service management principles.
  • Develop and publish support documentation for staff queries and training.
  • Cultivate external partnerships for technical support when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Portuguese is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in a similar technical role, such as Helpdesk or System Administrator.
  • Strong proficiency with Office 365, AD Users and Computers, and PowerShell (an asset).
  • Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, iOS, networks, routers, and switches.
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adequate adaptability and flexibility.
