Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the adoption and sustained use of our innovative Insujet System.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert support to external stakeholders during product launches, evaluations, and clinical trials. You will also be responsible for delivering clinical insights and user feedback to inform internal teams on regulatory compliance and future product development strategies.

  • Serve as the Clinical Product Specialist for the Insujet portfolio.
  • Provide clinical insights and user feedback to inform internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop targeted educational and training resources.
  • Deliver specialized training programs to healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate clinical evaluations with healthcare providers.
  • Collect and document real-world data on clinical outcomes and product usability.
  • Provide post-market support.
  • Share insights and feedback from training and education activities.
  • Contribute to product innovation.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business/Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical devices company.
  • Proven clinical account management skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
  • Results-driven with strong resilience and execution ability.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
