We are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist to provide medical support on our Cruise Line. The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualification experience and a strong background in acute and emergency care.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality outpatient, inpatient, and ICU care for guests and crew onboard cruise ships.
- Leading critical care teams and managing complex cardiac cases.
- Performing airway management, intubation, and conscious sedation procedures.
- Treating common fractures and dislocations with precision.
- A minimum of 6 months Acute & Emergency or Intensive Care Unit experience within the last 3 years.
- Competent experience in airway management - intubation and conscious sedation techniques.
- Able to reduce common fractures/dislocations effectively.
- ALS (Advanced Life Support) / ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Must be able to work for a minimum of 12 weeks without interruption.
- Travel arrangements provided at no expense to the employee.
- All meals covered as part of the employment package.
- Accommodation in a single cabin on board the ship.
