We are seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to join our team. This role involves administering assessments to participants in clinical trials and evaluating the quality of assessments performed by others.
Responsibilities- Review scales administered by raters in a clinical trial to ensure that assessments are being conducted in a standardized manner.
- Evaluate the quality of assessments, conducting live interactions with raters to discuss assessment methodology and scoring technique.
- Evaluate case data and prepare for discussions with raters.
- Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled.
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work is required.
- A minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with central nervous system (CNS) trials is preferred.
- Experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales and/or structured clinical interviews is a plus.
