Key ResponsibilitiesThe role-holder will need to be a self-motivated individual with high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing conflicting priorities. The environment is dynamic and ever-changing, moving at the pace of our clients' needs.
- Administer assessments to participants in a clinical trial, or evaluate the quality of assessments performed by others and provide feedback regarding interview technique and scoring.
- Review scales administered by raters in a clinical trial to ensure that assessments are being conducted in a standardized manner to ensure data reliability.
- Evaluate case data and appropriately prepare for discussions with raters (e.g., prepared to discuss relevant issues and scale items, and have necessary documents available).
Responsibilities also include completing rater interactions and assigned tasks as scheduled, participating in all orientation, training and calibration activities as required, and contacting clinical trial participants remotely to administer assessments and document resultant information.

Requirements- Minimum of a Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing or Social Work, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience working with central nervous system (CNS) trials preferred. Experience working with related psychiatric populations & experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales and/or structured clinical interviews is a plus.
- Ideally this person should have previous experience in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel and clientele in a professional manner.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications [solid excel/power point knowledge].
Home based position in Latin America.
