Job Title: Technical Service Engineer

 

Technical Service Engineer is responsible for providing expert technical support and solutions to our customers.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers, distributors, and sales teams.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, resolving issues related to product application, performance, and compatibility.
  • Conduct on-site visits to diagnose problems and recommend solutions for Mortar Powder and coatings products.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, contractors, and internal teams on product usage, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including application guides, safety data sheets (SDS), and troubleshooting manuals.

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. 3+ years of experience in technical service, R&D, or application engineering within the building materials, coatings, or construction chemicals industry.

 

Required Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Mortar Powder applications and coating technologies.
  • Proficiency in laboratory testing methods, data analysis, and root-cause analysis for product failures.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools, or digital tools for technical documentation.
