About the Opportunity:

Welldone Chemical LLC is seeking a Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Brazil. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong sales expertise in HEC, MHEC, HPMC, a nd RDP applications.

You will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth, helping us expand our market presence. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering results, we want to hear from you

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business obj

Preferred Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

*5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.

*Proven track record of managing key accounts and distributors, especially in Brazil.

*Deep understanding of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications.

*Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.

*Fluent in English and Portuguese.

*Must be authorized to work in Brazil.

*Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
