Job Description

As a strategic sales professional, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance by expanding their use of innovative tax software solutions. You will cultivate existing relationships, identify opportunities for growth through contract reviews and business case analysis, and guide clients toward more efficient compliance practices.

This role is centered around selling essential tax technology that businesses rely on to maintain compliance. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, offer tailored solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor in their long-term compliance journey. Through strategic account planning, customer-centric sales execution, and collaborative teamwork, you will drive value for both your clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and position tax software solutions to drive adoption within existing accounts
  • Build and manage a balanced pipeline across your assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and expansion goals through thoughtful account planning
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving legal, procurement, and contract negotiation
  • Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive long-term success for clients by aligning solutions to evolving compliance needs
  • Act as a knowledge resource and mentor for peers, sharing best practices and insights
  • Represent the organization at client events, industry conferences, and internal initiatives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of account management and quota-carrying sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex contract negotiations and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfort with forecasting and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term client value
  • Self-starter mindset with drive to exceed targets and foster team success
  • High level of professionalism and personal integrity
