Logistics Operations Director

Responsible for overseeing last mile logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective parcel distribution through strategic partnerships with carrier networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with carriers, negotiating service level agreements and monitoring performance metrics.
- Establish and document best practices for last mile logistics, driving process improvements and standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless communication and escalation of critical cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in last mile logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce and/or express logistics.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
