Our organization is seeking a Senior Logistics Director to lead the transformation of our Logistics and Customer operations in Latin America. This role will be responsible for maturing our logistics operations and contributing to each market in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic projects to deliver step changes in cost, service, and flexibility across the supply chain.
  • Engage and develop people in the logistics operations by releasing their potential.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage costs within budget and service provided to meet planned financials.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a logistics manager covering all taxonomies of warehousing, transport, customs, logistics procurement, and customer (OTC) in a manufacturing company.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of logistics in more than one Latin American country.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and align collaborators behind plans and win support for implementing change within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc or equivalent experience in a supply chain related subject.
  • Numerate and ability to apply KPIs to drive performance management.
