Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled technology professional to join the SA Application and Business Platform Transformation teams within the Business Technology (BT) organization. The SA Applications team will oversee Enterprise Systems in South America. This position will lead Salesforce implementations and provide ongoing support across the region, collaborating closely with Enterprise Application, Global COE, BTP teams, and Bunge Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Salesforce implementation journey and provide continuous support across South America.
  • Ensure effective implementation and optimization of capabilities aligned with sales and customer relationship management objectives.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce administrators and specialists to enhance CRM efficiency and support Bunge's sales and marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with SA Apps peers to standardize processes and solutions across regions.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
  • Partner with Business Technology colleagues to align solutions and deliverables.
  • Apply Agile and PMI methodologies to structure technology initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Maintain relationships with Salesforce vendors and key stakeholders for system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementation experiences.
  • Over 3 years of leadership experience in application delivery.
  • Project management experience with at least 5 medium complexity projects.
  • Strong understanding of demand management processes.
  • Experience in IT vendor relationship management.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational technology environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Experience with global technology teams is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD modules and Salesforce certification is a plus.
