Job Responsibilities:

  • ">Serve food and beverages to guests according to their orders and/or banquet menu ">
  • ">Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings ">
  • ">Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events ">
  • ">Replenish food and beverage products ">
  • ">Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identification ">
  • ">Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs ">
  • ">Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment ">
  • ">Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. ">
  • ">Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation ">
  • ">Ensure security of company assets">

Requirements:

  • ">Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred ">
  • ">Demonstrate excellent customer service skills ">
  • ">Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal ">
  • ">Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures ">
  • ">Must be able to obtain a food safety certification ">
  • ">Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends">
